It seems that there a lot of web managers huddling in various conners of the UK public sector - often alone or with very small teams and nothing much to guide them.
I am going to write about my own experiences as sole charge in the UK public sector and offer some ways forward, a shoulder to cry on and some real-world nitty gritty (for instance, why specifying WAI-AA is a laughable exercise in futility).
I will remain anonymous. This will let me shoot from the hip and avoid shenanigans at work (hopefully!).
